Personal instruction (90 minutes).

One-on-one instruction in the TM technique with a certified TM teacher.

Day 2 to 4:
Small group sessions (90 minutes each).

Complete knowledge and understanding of the technique to ensure you continue to enjoy maximum benefit.

Follow up sessions

 

Once you've learned TM you'll have everything you need to meditate effectively.

We offer ongoing follow up and support and recommend attending group and personal "meditation checkups" (included in your course fee) to ensure that your TM is easy and enjoyable, and you are gaining the full benefits.
